SareesSalwars operates the SareesSalwars Analytics Dashboard, a private internal reporting tool used only for our own business accounts.

2. Scope of this notice

This notice explains how the SareesSalwars Analytics Dashboard processes data received from connected business platforms, including Pinterest. It supplements the general privacy policy of the SareesSalwars online shop.

The dashboard is not offered to external merchants or consumers. Only authorized SareesSalwars personnel may access it.

3. Pinterest data we access

After the owner of the SareesSalwars Pinterest business account authorizes the connection through Pinterest's official OAuth flow, the dashboard may read only the data needed for internal reporting:

• Pinterest account identifiers and basic profile information;
• the account's own Pins and boards and their public metadata;
• aggregated performance information such as impressions, engagements, saves, outbound clicks and follower statistics; and
• OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the authorized connection.

The integration requests read-only access for the connected account. It does not create, edit or delete Pins or boards, and it never asks for or stores a Pinterest password.

4. Why we process this data

We use the data only to measure the performance of our own Pinterest presence, understand traffic from Pinterest to sareessalwars.com, compare aggregated Pinterest activity with shop and website analytics, and prepare internal business reports.

We do not sell Pinterest data, use it to build profiles for third parties, or make it available to other merchants or the public.

Where applicable, processing is based on our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our own business activities under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Authorization through the connected platform remains subject to the platform's own terms and privacy controls.

5. Storage, security and sharing

Imported analytics data and authorization credentials are stored in an access-restricted local environment controlled by SareesSalwars. Access is limited to authorized personnel. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.

We share data only where necessary to operate the connected platform APIs or where required by law. We do not sell or rent it and do not share it for third-party advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep imported analytics only for as long as necessary for the internal reporting purposes described above. Authorization can be revoked through the connected platform. After disconnection, or after a valid deletion request, we delete the affected platform data and credentials unless retention is required by law.

To request access, correction or deletion of dashboard data, email Support@sareessalwars.com with the subject “Analytics Dashboard Privacy Request”. We may need to verify the requester's authority over the connected business account.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of their personal data and may object to processing. They may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

8. Third-party platforms

Pinterest and other connected services process data independently under their own privacy policies and terms. Revoking a connection in a platform account prevents future API access but does not automatically delete data that the platform itself retains.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the dashboard, connected services or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain publicly available on sareessalwars.com.
